How to Use PropInspect

  1. 1. Add a Property

    Create a property with its address, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and amenities. The layout is saved and reused for every inspection.

  2. 2. Create an Inspection

    Open your property and choose an inspection type. Rooms are generated automatically from the saved property layout.

    Set a date on the calendar and assign the inspection to a team member. The assigned agent will see it on their Schedule page.

    Open each room to capture photos, record short walkthrough videos, and add notes marked as damage, info, or action items.
