Upload Videos You Already Have

Filmed a walkthrough with your phone's own camera, or want to add a clip after the visit? Upload it straight into an inspection or a room. Videos up to 60 seconds and 100 MB appear in the report and the shared link.

How to use it

1. Open an inspection, or a room inside it.
2. Under Property Videos, or in the room, tap Upload video.
3. Pick a clip up to 60 seconds and 100 MB. It's added to the report and the shared link.

Floor Plans on Inspections

Released October 2026

Add up to five floor plan images to any inspection. They show in the report, the shared link, and the PDF, which helps after a remodel or when the layout explains where an issue is.

How to use it

1. Open an inspection.
2. In the Floor plan card, tap Add floor plan and choose a JPG or PNG.
3. Open the report or PDF. The floor plan has its own section.

Records & Documents

Released October 2026

Every property now has its own document vault — leases, insurance, permits, receipts, and warranties filed where you'll actually look. Get flagged 30 days before anything expires, and restore anything you delete by mistake.

How to use it

1. Open any property from your dashboard.
2. Scroll to Records & Documents and tap Add document.
3. Snap a photo or choose a file — it's filed, searchable, and flagged 30 days before it expires.

Company Logo on Reports

Released May 2026

Upload your company logo once and it appears automatically on every inspection report and shared report — instant branding for the reports you send to owners, tenants, and clients.

How to use it

1. Open Companies, then your company, and tap Edit.
2. Upload your logo (PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB) and save.
3. Open any inspection report — your logo now shows in the header.

Inspection Wallet

Released May 2026

Top up a prepaid balance and inspections auto-debit at $0.99 each — no card prompt mid-inspection, no interruption when you're on-site. Perfect for busy days and team workflows.

How to use it

1. Open Profile and find the Wallet card.
2. Tap Add Funds and pick $5, $10, $20, or $50.
3. Create inspections as usual — the wallet pays automatically after free credits are used.

Property Copy

Released May 2026

Duplicate any property — including its address layout, room count, and amenities — in one tap. Ideal for managing similar units in the same building or rolling out a new floor plan.

How to use it

1. Tap the copy icon on any property card.
2. Or open a property and tap the duplicate button in the header.
3. Edit the address on the new copy and you're ready to inspect.
